Welcome to The Empowering Partnership
We specialise in personal and spiritual development to empower your life, through speaking, writing, programmes, and coaching and mentoring. Each of us does this in a particular way, and also together we are a team whom one participant described as “seamless”.
To find out more about us and to make contact, you can read more on the website links to us below, or you can send us a message using the “Contact us” page in the menu above.
John Gloster-Smith

With a background in education, organisational development and personal coaching and programme facilitation, I focus my time in writing, speaking, programme delivery and personal coaching to help people manage the very challenging times that we are all facing today and to embrace the personal transformation opportunities provided by what we are experiencing. My knowledge base is humanistic and transpersonal psychology and a lifetime of journeying, which I offer to help people gain insight and understanding of what is possible for them.
