Hi
I hope you have had an inspired month and my apolgies to those
of you who have been trying to buy my Bliss Out CD. We
weren't as ready as we thought......best laid plans etc.
However, the great news is that our newly made-over website now
has a fully functional shop where you can buy all of our products
including my brand new CD Bliss Out ....serious relaxation as a
physical copy or a download and John's exciting new on-line Home
Study Program, A Course on Bliss.
We have also created some gentle music that you can choose to
listen to as you browse the site and a video welcome message from
me to you...all designed to make your visit to us an enjoyable
experience.
So thank you for your patience and here is what's in this
month's issue. Enjoy.
Feature:
Time and tide wait for no-one
How true this proverb is. I don’t know about you but I can
hardly believe that it’s almost April already…..it will soon be
Xmas again (perish the thought!). So what is it that creates
the sense of time rushing by?
In the retail world, we can’t get away from the next
event…..directly after Xmas, the valentine cards appear and as they
disappear, the Easter eggs arrive on the shelves. In winter,
spring clothes are shown and summer holidays advertised. So
there is always the sense of time rushing past, of moving
onto the next thing.
But what of the present moment? What about the moment by
moment, second by second experience? Is she mad, I hear you
say, WHAT here and now experience? Well that’s just it….most
people are usually doing one of 3 things (or all of
them!)…..they are either looking backwards at the past (and not
usually positively); worrying/focusing on the future or just
getting through the day, week or month. So the NOW, the
present moment….. tends to get overlooked.
What I do when I catch myself rushing round like a headless
chicken, is to say STOP very loudly to myself ….and then I apply a
Buddhist principle of very mindfully putting one foot in front of
the other.
I say to myself “Now I am putting the right foot in front of the
left and the left foot in front of the right. Now I am
walking to my desk. Now I am pulling out my chair. Now
I am sitting down…..etc”.
Very quickly, I get totally focused on what I am doing IN THE
PRESENT MOMENT….not what I need to be doing in half an hours time
or tomorrow, but what I am doing right now! When I do that, I
feel much more centred, balanced and clear headed.
This can be hard to achieve and maintain, but in our life
changing June 2006 program The Bliss of Being we’ll be diving into
this whole area a lot more to explore how you can not only stay
connected amidst the pressures of everyday life but discover real
joy and bliss on a regular basis.
In the meantime….
Ask yourself
this:
*How often do you stop and really notice what is going
on around you?
*Do you notice the song thrush serenading you in the
midst of traffic noise or the changing colours of the day as you
are driving to and from work?
*Do you ever look up at any interesting architecture
that might be around you as you walk outside?
Take a moment this month to stop, breathe, look around and come
into the present moment. I’d love to know what you have
noticed

them……
We decided that each month we would include a few links to other
sites, either because we know the people concerned and think they
are great or we were inspired by the site and wanted to share it
with you. By the way, these are not affiliate links and no money is
received for including them.

Really useful
information….
Internet fraud in one form or another is on the increase.
Several months ago, my stepson used a UK based company, INSTAMONEY,
to transfer some funds from the UK to India. It never got there and
after many attempts by him and us to pursue the matter and promises
to refund the amount, the company is now going into
liquidation.
So before using a money transfer company it is always wise to
check and see if there are any websites offering comments on your
choice. Too late in the day, we found a site with pages of
negative feedback about Instamoney.
As I was also reading about the fraudulent activity (albeit
fairly small) on ebay….. I am passing on some web addresses that
are well worth looking at.

They also have an excellent sitemap with an extensive range of

"Bliss Out -serious
relaxation"
Ready to buy now as a physical
product or a download!
Here are some comments that have come in
already:
"The content is excellent, with easy step by step instructions
on how to get started, I did find initially though that I was
dozing off on Track three !!, so it was very effective, however
track four is deeply relaxing (Bliss Out), so an all round great
product. If you're time challenged or have had a busy and tiring
day then this is a great way of taking some deep relaxation and
ensuring that you recharge yourself effectively"
Mike Yates, Managing Director, www.121business.co.uk
"Thank you for making such a wonderful product. It is ideal for
busy people. Short, to the point and very effective. I found the
energy booster on track 3 great to use in the afternoon when my
energy takes a dip after lunch"
