Akasha Lonsdale-Deighton

Akasha is a highly effective and experienced executive coach, trainer, seminar
speaker, psychotherapist, Interfaith Minister and author of "How to do life: powerful
pointers for powerful living" (2004) and "Do I Kneel or Do I Bow?: What you need to know when
attending religious occasions" (2010). She is a specialist in Emotional Intelligence and Stress
Management, with a background in senior HR management and with wide business experience.
Her style is lively and stimulating. She is a strong, clear communicator, being both insightful,
perceptive, empathic and supportive whilst remaining focused and direct. Her programmes and
seminars are highly motivating and she has been effecting powerful change in people's lives for the
past 30 years. Akasha also regularly contributes to both local and National BBC Radio/TV.

John Gloster-Smith

John is a highly skilled and experienced life and executive
coach, specialising in personal growth. He also delivers highly facilitative
workshops, trains people nationally in the art of facilitating at emotionally challenging levels
and delivers retreat centre personal development programmes.
He has a background of 17 years in coaching, training and organisational
consulting to senior levels and was previously in education to a senior level. He is an accredited
coach with the Association for Coaching and an accredited group facilitator with the UK association
of Humanistic Psychology Practitioners. He is a Master NLP Practitioner and is qualified in
Neurological Repatterning. He also holds a BA Honours from Oxford University and a Post-Graduate
Certificate in Education from the same university.
